What is Davis-Bacon?

The Davis-Bacon Act requires contractors and subcontractors on federal construction projects to pay locally prevailing wages to laborers and mechanics. These rates are determined by the Department of Labor based on surveys of wages paid in each geographic area.

Data Source

All wage determination data comes directly from SAM.gov, the official source for federal wage determinations. Data is updated weekly.
