Davis-Bacon Wages helps contractors, estimators, and payroll teams find prevailing wage information and receive updates when wage determinations change.

Information we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the context of the signup, such as the state, county, trade, wage determination, page URL, and disclosure shown at the time you subscribed.

We also use basic analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. Analytics may include page views, search activity, saved-rate actions, and general browser or device information.

How we use information

We use signup information to send wage alerts, product updates, and occasional contractor resources from Davis-Bacon Wages and selected contractor-service partners.

We may use county, state, trade, and wage-determination interest to personalize those messages and to understand what kinds of contractor services may be relevant.

Sharing with partners

We may share, disclose, or sell signup information, including email address and wage-interest context, to selected contractor software, estimating, finance, compliance, and business-service partners for relevant offers or outreach.

Partners are expected to follow applicable email and privacy rules, including honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests.
